Cheap Music: Orchestre de l'Opéra de Paris at Musée Henner

(Hey, Brahms. Lookin' good. Photo via Art Model)

I recently visited the stunning Musée de Jean Jacques Henner to see its beautiful exhibition "Sensuality and Spirituality" (article forthcoming). While there I browsed their calendar and found that there will be a concert of musicians from the Orchestre de l'Opéra de Paris this coming Thursday, for between 0€ and 7€, depending on your age.

Either way, it's cheap and sure to be a beautiful performance, as the orchestra will be performing selections from Johannes Brahms and Leoš Janácek, like this one:

Musée Henner recommends arriving at least 25 minutes before the start of the performance to ensure a seat for this interesting and intimate event.

  1. Thank you very for your post.

I would like just to correct that the musicians are from the "Orchestre de l'Opéra de Paris" and not the "Orchestre de Paris".

If you wish to come, I would strongly advice youb to come at least 25 minutes before the begining of the concert because we can only host 60 visitors for the event.

    Kind Regards,

    A. Therwath
