Wine: it's like grape juice, but better. If you're a wine snob, or even if you're one of those people who's never met a red you didn't like but you still want to know what a tannin or a "heady aroma" is, head over to the Salon des Vins des Vignerons Indépendants - tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday! For €6 (and €3 for students), you can sample a wide variety of independent winemakers' wares and decide for yourself whether you like the fruitier wines, or the dryer, or the spicier, or whether you want notes of tobacco and wood and nuts or whatever it is that Paul Giamatti can't get enough of.
